Why does Sellout need my email address and mobile phone number?

Sellout does not require customers to create an account to purchase tickets. This eliminates the need for customers to store and enter passwords and streamlines the checkout process. We collect customers Full Name, Email Address and Mobile Phone Number during the checkout process. We use this information to verify customers with a common 2 factor login authentication process and for digital ticket delivery.

NOTE- The same email address and phone number will be used for all future purchases. Be sure to use an active email address and phone number to avoid login and purchase issues.

Some events and venues use this information at the gate/door during check-in as anti-fraud procedures to confirm the ticket holder's identity.
