Confirm you are checking the same email address as used when checking out at www.sellout.io
Check the spam and junk forlders for a mesage from hello@sellout.io.
Check the recent transactions made on the card you used at checkout to confirm you have been charged or have a pending charge from Sellout
If you still cannot locate your confirmation email and/or tickets, please use the chat feature in the lower right to connect with a member of our team.
- Note - You will receive a confirmation email after completing a purchase at www.sellout.io. The date and time your tickets will be delivered is determined by the event organizer. Ticket delivery information is contained in your confirmation email.
