Search your email for messages from hello@sellout.io. Sometimes our ticket delivery messages can end up in spam/junk/promotions folders.
Search your texts. You will receive your tickets via text message as well as email. NOTE - ticket delivery dates may be different than the date you purchased and are set by the event organizer. As a failsafe, you will receive a follow-on email and text with your tickets the day of the event.
