Event Metrics

Learn about the different metrics you can look up around a specific event.

Click on the Metrics tab under event navigation to view various important statistics tiles that give you heads up critical information about your event, ticket sales, and traffic to your purchase portal.

You can filter all of these tiles based on specific dates, and choose different intervals to change the visuals of the graphs.

Changing the dates

By default, your event metrics will display "All Time" information. This is from the day tickets went on sale until right now. You can switch these dates to other presets by clicking the button in the top left corner of the tile, which will open a dropdown with some other preset options such as "Yesterday", "Last Week", etc.

Switching Intervals

Click the different intervals at the top right hand corner of the tile to switch between them. This will change the visuals of the graph to represent different time intervals, which can help in your analysis of your data.

Viewing the heat map

Click the Flame icon in the top right hand corner of the tile to switch to the Heat Map view, which will display a map of the globe. Places where customers are ordering tickets from will be highlighted, and shown as hotter and redder spots when more customers in a given area are ordering.
