You'll see immediately that within an Event Overview, you have a left-hand navigation that is entirely contextualized to that specific event.

At the top, you'll see the Event Poster image, and some basic info about the event, like the title, the date, the venue, and the status. Directly underneath, you'll see 3 box office functions:

Overview

The Event Overview gives you heads up stats and information about an event, its ticket sales, and which sites the event is being published to. You also have the ability to pause ticket sales from the Event Overview page by clicking the Pause button in the top right hand corner.

Sharing

The Sharing tab allows you to adjust which sites your event is automatically being published to, pause ticket sales, and retrieve an embed code to embed a buy button for your event on your own site.

Metrics

The Metrics tab gives you real-time statistics about your event sales and orders, a heatmap showing where tickets are being purchased from in the world, and quick statistics about the traffic to your ticket purchase portal.

Orders

The Orders tab gives you a real-time list of orders for this particular event. You can click on individual orders in this list to modify, cancel, or refund them.

Sales Report

The Sales Report tab generates an up to date sales report showing total revenues for an event, broken down by line items.

Edit Event

Click this button to edit an event.

You won't be able to edit all fields after ticket sales have begun for an event.

Cancel Event

Cancelling an event will immediately stop ticket sales, initiate full refunds to all customers who purchased tickets, and send out an email notification to all customers that the event has been cancelled and a refund has been initiated. You also have the option to add in an additional custom message to the customer explaining why the event needed to be cancelled.
