Sellout supports ticket printing for promoters that require physical tickets for their guests. Tickets can be printed in two ways: at the time of purchase through the box office, or after purchase.

Make sure you are using a supported printer

Sellout supports all BOCA and Zebra printers. Please make sure that your printer is plugged in via USB, and is set up to use 2" x 5.5" ticket dimensions through your computer's printing settings.

Printing can only be done via a desktop computer connected directly to the printer via USB.

Printing tickets at time of purchase

To print tickets at the time of purchase, use the Box Office checkout method by clicking on an event, and then clicking the "Sell" button. This will lead you through the box office sales process.

Once the sale has been completed and confirmed, the final page will have a button on it that says "Print Tickets".

Click this button and a print dialogue will appear. Check that the settings are correct and that the correct printer is selected, and click print.

Printing tickets after purchase

To print tickets after a purchase has been completed, press the Orders button on the left side nav, and navigate to the order that you would like to print tickets for. Click that order, and the order details window will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the order details window to where you see the "Print order" button.
