When you're in Sellout backstage, the navigation is always hovering on the left side of the screen. When you mouse over it, it will expand showing you several options to navigate within the backstage.
Create
Create a new event with ease by clicking the big orange button at the top of the navigation. This will launch you directly into the Create Event flow. Alternatively, you can click the little down arrow on the right side of the Create button to have the option to create a performer, or a venue.
Quick Find
To quickly find anything on the Sellout platform, click the "Quick Find" button, and a dialogue will instantly pull up and prompt you to type. Start typing anything, an event, an order number, the name of a customer, and we'll query for that item and pull it up as soon as we can.
Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you heads up information about how your ticket sales are doing that day, and which events are selling the best.
Events
Events shows all your upcoming and past events in a tile-based layout.
Orders
Order shows every order made to your organization in a table/list based layout.
Analytics
Analytics displays several tiles in a grid based layout, that give you real-time stats on sales, orders, and traffic for all tickets and upgrades being sold through your organization.
Customers
Customers gives you a real-time list of all the customers who have ordered from you. You can click these customers to see all their stats and a list of all their orders.
Performers
Performers is a list of all the performers whether they are musicians, comedians, public speakers, etc. that you have booked and listed events for through Sellout.
Venues
A list of all the venues you have booked and listed events at through Sellout
