If a customer claims that they never received a ticket or an order confirmation, you can resend that confirmation in a few very simple steps:
Go to the orders page, or the orders tab in an event, and click on the order that you would like to resend the confirmation for.
Scroll to the bottom of the order information popup that appears.
Click the 'Resend confirmation/receipt' button.
Just like that, an email confirmation will go back out to the customer. If the customer claims that they still have not seen it, please double check their email address and tell them to check their junk mailbox if it correct.
