Sometimes customers may want to modify their order, adding additional tickets or upgrades after the initial point of purchase. We allow you to do this through Sellout Backstage quite easily.
Click the 'Orders' button in the side navigation
Navigate to the order you would like to add items to, and click it. This will open the Order Details window.
Scroll to the bottom of the Order Details window and click the "Add more items" button.
This will launch the box office portal, which you can now use to add additional items to the order. Add those items, and then complete the checkout process.
The customer will receive a confirmation of their additional purchase momentarily.
That's all it takes! The customers' order will be updated with the additional items and information.
