Add team members to your organization and assign permission levels by navigating to the Settings page from the dropdown menu in the upper right of you Backstage Dashboard.
Next select Teams. You can invite people to your team via email. They will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Once accepted, they will be able to login to the dashboard and/or the mobile app.
Roles & Permission Levels
You can assign roles and permission levels to any team member.
Admin - Has access to everything in your organization's Sellout account.
Box Office - Can sell tickets via the dashboard or the mobile app.
Scanner - Only has access to the mobile app for ticket scanning purposes.
