Upgrades are non-ticket items that you can choose to sell alongside tickets to an event. Some examples of upgrades might be a Camping Pass for a festival, a limited edition T-Shirt for an event, or a prepaid flight of beers at the event bar.

Upgrades can be separated on a final event report so that their profits are not joined alongside tickets.

To create an upgrade, click the orange "Create Upgrade" button, and a popup will appear with a new upgrade, and info to fill out:

Upgrade name

What's the name of this upgrade? This is what will be displayed to the customer when browsing tickets.
