Secret Codes give customers access to different perks. See the list below.
Presale Codes grant you access to purchase tickets before the general public. If you have a Presale Code, click on the event from the Browse Events page. Next click the 'Enter Code' button. If you have an active code for this event, you will be granted access to purchase tickets.
Discount Codes provide a discount to designated tickets. If you have a Discount Code, click on the event from the Browse Events page. Before confirming your order enter the code in the designated field. If you have an active code for this event, you will be granted access to purchase discounted tickets.
Unlock Codes provide access to hidden tickets. If you have an Unlock Code, enter it before selecting your tickets to reveal the hidden tickets. Complete the transaction as prompted.
Comp Codes completely discount order for which they are redeemed for. If you have a comp code, enter it before completing your transaction to apply the comp.
