Secret Codes are promotional codes/passwords that event organizers can create to give customers access to presale tickets, unlock special ticket types, get comped items, or get discounts.

This is the actual code that the user will type in to gain access to the code's special abilities.

There are 4 types of codes that a promoter can set for a secret code:

Presale - Presale codes give customers access to tickets that are not yet on sale to the general public.

Discount - Discount codes allow you to take a percentage or flat dollar amount off of the total cost per ticket.

Unlock - Unlock codes hide specified ticket types until a code has been entered. Once entered, customers can view and purchase this hidden ticket type.

Comp - Comp codes allow customers to get tickets for free when the code is entered.

Enter how many tickets can be redeemed with this specific code. This number is drawn down every time a ticket is redeemed using the code.

For example, if you only want 30 discounts to be available, enter 30 in this box.

Enter how many times a code can be used per customer.

For example, if you only want to allow each customer to be able to redeem a single comp code, enter 1 in this box.

Choose between either a percentage based discount, or a fixed dollar amount discount. These will be applied to individual tickets.

Choose specific dates when the code can be used.

Choose which ticket the code will unlock. The tickets that you select here will be invisible to customers unless they use the unlock code.
