Comp tickets for your customers

Learn how to send free tickets for your events

Want to send your customers free tickets? How nice of you! We make it incredibly easy for you to comp tickets to people who need them.

First things first, click the Events button on the left hand navigation, then click on the event you would like to comp tickets for.

You will see on the left hand side of the screen, directly under the event poster image, three box office options: Sell, Comp, and Scan.

Click Comp to send free tickets.

Step 1: Select tickets to comp

A popup will appear with the available tickets to the event. Click the plus button next to the tickets you would like to comp to the customer. When you have selected everything you would like, click the orange "Next" button at the bottom of the window to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Select upgrades to comp

Click the plus button next to the upgrades you would like to comp to the customer. When you have selected everything you would like, click the orange "Next" button at the bottom of the window to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Choose delivery method

Choose how the customer will receive their comps. This can be based on the information you have on the customer, or their preferred method of receiving an order. We recommend selecting "Text message".

Step 4: Comp confirmation

A comp summary will appear, giving you one last chance to look over the items in the order before clicking confirm. Click the green "Confirm comp" button at the bottom of the window to proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Order complete

The comp has been sent to the customer and they will now have a barcode that they can use to get into the event.
