Updating Email or Phone Number on an Existing Account

Instructions for adding or updating a customer's contact information

Often, customers will require updating their contact information. There are two methods by which customers contact information can be updated.

Customers can update their own contact information from their Ticket Wallet

  1. Instruct the customer to login to their Sellout ticket Wallet at app.sellout.io

  2. Once logged in, open the dropdown menu in the upper right corner

  3. Select Settings

  4. Edit contact information and save

Admin users can update customer contact information from their Backstage Dashboard

  1. Form your Sellout Backstage Dashboard, click the Customers tab from the global menu on the right

  2. Search the customer by Name, Email or Phone Number

  3. Select the customer to open the customer profile

  4. Click Edit Customer

  5. Edit the contact information and save
