Event Orders

Learn about the Event Order viewer, and what you can do within it.

The Orders tab within an event's navigation displays all orders for that specific event in table form. You can search this table, filter it, or click on any order in the table to view/modify/cancel or refund it.

Navigating the orders table is simple. You scroll up or down to view orders, which will update in real-time as they come in.

If you'd like to view any order in greater detail, click it to pop open the Order Details window.

From the order details window, you can view critical information about the order.

Customer

The customer who purchased this order.

Event

The event which the order is related to.

Order

The items in the order, and the total revenue earned from the order.

Additional Info

Additional info shows the Date & Time the order was placed, what channel the order was sold through, any secret codes used on the order, and any custom fields filled out on the order.

History

History shows a feed of important actions that are associated with an order, such as charges, items being checked in, refunds, and cancellations.

Manage Order

Manage order gives you a list of actions you can take with an order, including Print Ticket, Add more items, Resend confirmation/receipt, and Refund/cancel order.
