When a refund is permitted is at the discretion of the event organizer. Please read the entire event description before purchasing tickets for individual event organizer refund policies. Note- All refunds take 5-10 business days to process once initiated.
Typically, refunds are permitted for the following circumstances
Full Refund
The event has been cancelled: Refunds will automatically be initiated. The account used at checkout will be refunded the full amount of the order value.
Partial Refund
The event has been postponed or rescheduled: Refunds are issued at the discretion of the the event organizer. If approved, refunds may not include processing fees.
