Within an event, at the bottom of the left-side event nav, there are two options: 'Edit Event' and 'Cancel Event'.

Edit Event

If you need to edit an event after it has been created, or after tickets have sold, click the 'Edit Event' button. This will take you back to the event creator, where you will be able to edit many fields, edit ticket amounts or prices, etc.

Be aware that many fields will not be editable after an event has started or tickets have been sold.

Cancel Event

In the unfortunate circumstance where you must cancel an event, we've got you covered. Navigate to that event, and then click 'Cancel Event' in the bottom left corner of the left-side event navigation.

A popup will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to cancel the event. If an event is cancelled, all tickets will immediately be refunded to customers and they will receive their refunds back on their original payment method within 5-10 business days of the cancellation.

Customers will also receive an email letting them know that the event has been cancelled. You can optionally add a "Reason for cancellation" to explain to customers why the event needed to be cancelled, and this message will be included in the emails that are sent to the customers.

Please note that when an event is cancelled, the Sellout fees and processing fees will also be refunded in their entirety to the customer. That means that you as the promoter/event organizer will be responsible for covering those fees, and your account will be automatically debited to cover them.
