If you requested a refund or an event you purchased tickets to has been cancelled and you have been notified that your refund has been initiated, you can expect the charge to be reversed within 5-10 business days.
If the card you used at checkout has been cancelled, has expired or the account has been closed, please see the following statement from Stripe:
In most cases, the bank will redirect the refund to your customer’s new or replacement card. If your customer does not have a new card, the bank will usually send the refund directly to their bank account.
If neither of those options are available, the bank will return the money to Stripe and we will contact you via email for further action.
