If you would like to cancel an order, please see the scenarios which refunds are permitted and steps to take.
If the event has been cancelled, your order will automatically be cancelled and the entire value of the order will be refunded to the card you used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process once initiated.
If the event has been postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be honored at the new date/time. If you'd like to cancel your order to a postponed or rescheduled event, please contact the event organizer to request a refund. Note, if the event has not been cancelled and you still choose to cancel your order, you will only receive a refund for the face value of the ordered items. All processing fees will be deducted for restocking.
If you purchased tickets to the wrong event by mistake, please use the chat feature in the bottom right of your screen to speak with a Sellout team member.
