Event cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer. If the event has been cancelled, you will receive an email from the event organizer with reschedule or refund information. If the event organizer chooses to refund orders, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process once initiated.
