Rescheduled Events

Ticket holder options if an event is rescheduled

If the event has been postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be honored at the new date/time.

If you'd like to cancel your order to a postponed or rescheduled event, please contact the event organizer to request a refund. Note, if the event has not been cancelled and you still choose to cancel your order, you will only receive a refund for the face value of the ordered items. All processing fees will be deducted for restocking. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process once initiated.
